Returns
Misprint or Defective Product - Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on the part of the manufacturer are covered at Mod Millennial Designs’ expense. Please, take a variety of photos of the damaged item to share with Mod Millennial Designs upon inquiry about a replacement or return. A prepaid shipping return label will be provided for the damaged item to be returned. Email info@modmillennialdesigns.com to start this process, or use the “Contact” page on this website.
Lost Packages - For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Please, contact the carrier for your package to receive verification of the lost or mis-delivered package. The carriers also sometimes have photos available of delivery locations. Your tracking number will be sent via your provided email as soon as the product is finished being made and is shipped out.
Once you receive verification from the carrier that the package is lost or missing, please, use the “Contact” page on this website or email info@modmillennialdesigns.com to see if the manufacturer is able to send out a reprint.
Important Note: Carriers such as Amazon Ground are now marking packages as delivered even though the package is not yet physically delivered. If your package is labeled as “delivered” according to your tracking, but you have not received your package, in most cases five business days must elapse before an inquiry to the carrier can be made. Ensure you put the correct address on your order!
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the carrier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). If the buyer puts in the wrong address, it is not possible for the buyer to be refunded or for a replacement order to be delivered. It is also not possible for the address on the order to be updated if the order has already been sent out by the manufacturer. Make sure your address for shipment is correct before placing an order!
Wrong Fit - Because of the custom and handmade nature of our products, we no longer accept returns due to fit. There are size charts available for every product. If you’re unsure of the measurements/fit provided for a specific product, it is recommended to go a size up. Take current measurements with a measuring tape and select your product size based on your most current measurements.
Because these products are handmade, they may be more stiff or less stretchy than expected upon arrival. Sometimes the sports bras and bandeaus can be more tight than preferred/expected. This is to ensure support and fit while in use. You may gently stretch an item manually if you’d like. Please, do not dry your products on high heat. It is recommended to lay them flat to air dry to preserve their color, fit, and quality.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
